*Exchange Policy:*
1. We accept exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
3. Exchange requests are subject to product availability else credit note will be issued .

*Items Ineligible for Exchange:*
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged.

*Damaged or Defective Items:-

In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +91 9667844884 or team.rudepanther@gmail.com with photos/video of the issue.
Our team will verify the claim and arrange a prompt exchange.

Please note:

1) Claims raised after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for exchange or resolution.

2) The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

UNFORTUNATELY, AS PER STORE POLICY, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS ARE NOT POSSIBLE AGAINST ANY ORDERS.

QUALITY CHECK:

ALL EXCHANGES WILL UNDERGO A QUALITY CHECK BY OUR TEAM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE AN EXCHANGE IF:

THE PRODUCT/S ARE RETURNED AFTER USE.

THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED.
