Exchange Request Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, kindly contact our dedicated Customer Service Team at Team.rudepanther@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please provide your Order ID, the size originally purchased, and the size you wish to exchange for. We assure you of a prompt response within 24 hours. The exchange process will have a fee of pickup, drop off and reshipping the product based on your location.
Quality Check:
All exchanges will undergo a rigorous quality assessment by our team. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if the product(s) have been used or if they are returned damaged.
Dispatching the Exchange:
Upon confirmation of the exchange, customers are responsible for shipping the product back to Rude Panther. Please provide the tracking ID to Team.rudepanther@gmail.com within the same email thread.
Processing Time:
Once the returned item is received, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.
Defective Products:
In the unfortunate event of receiving a defective product, kindly share order details and images with us at Team.rudepanther@gmail.com We commit to responding to your concern within 24 hours.

Exchanges are permitted for the same product for size only once. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit for future use.
